Our Story
The Twentynine Palms High School Music Booster Association (a.k.a. TPHS Music Boosters) was formed to support the Twentynine Palms High School Music Program and the Director of Music to ensure the highest possible degree of efficiency and success. The TPHS Music Boosters is a group of volunteers who dedicate 100% of their efforts to supporting excellence in music education at Twentynine Palms High School.
The TPHS Music Boosters are a group of dedicated parents, teachers, and community members who believe in the value of providing quality music education in our schools, particularly Twentynine Palms High School. The TPHS Music Department consists of four distinct musical ensembles: Symphonic Band, Select Choir, Pep Band, and Concert Choir. There are more than 300 students involved in these ensembles who benefit from the efforts of the TPHS Music Boosters. All activities of the TPHS Music Boosters are conducted in Twentynine Palms, CA, occasionally reaching out to the surrounding towns of Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Landers, and Morongo Valley. With the exception of researching and applying for possible grants which is on-going, all activities take place during the school year (August through June).
